What if the (unfortunately) well-known statement “Bring me solutions, not problems!” was the other way around?
That is to say "Bring me problems, not solutions!"...
This is exactly what Michael Küsters suggests within chapter 11, Leadership advice, of Extreme Agility.
"Try fostering the positive aspects of help-seeking and interaction, while discovering why the person needs help."
Quite obviously, I love this kind of advice!
