Extreme Agility – Post #4: Meetings
I love this tip from chapter 4, Meetings, of Extreme Agility, by Michael Küsters:
"For each meeting hour, reserve at least two hours for pondering, reflecting and acting upon that meeting."
If only all managers (and, more in general, all knowledge workers) had in mind that thinking should be a significant part of our job, our daily work would be quite more effective, wouldn't it?
