Extreme Agility – Post #6: Structure

As a strong believer in the importance of soft skills over hard skills, or attitude over technical knowledge, I couldn't agree more with this excerpt from chapter 6, Structure, of Extreme Agility, by Michael Küsters:

"By hiring for experience, you’re creating a non-learning organization. By default, you have already lost the knowledge battle against a learning organization."
